In early July, Michael Nanosky of Boca Raton was arrested for sexually assaulting a fellow UF student as per the police officer.
Nanosky, however, began his position as a philanthropy chairperson for UF’s Theta Chi Fraternity a month later.
Similarly, on December 3, Nanosky announced through his social media account that he’d been reappointed to the role for the spring semester.

A Gainesville student, Michael Nanosky, was arrested in early July as he faced sexual assault allegations.
According to the police, Nanosky pressured the victim to have another drink before leaving a party at a downtown Gainesville bar on March 19.
The woman claimed that after accepting the drink from Nanosky, she blacked out, and until regaining her consciousness, he was assaulting her, according to the complaint.
The formal charges against Michael Nanosky haven’t been confirmed yet. A prosecutor has been assigned to the case for further proceedings.

Michael Nanosky Jr. Sexual Assault Victim Details
The sexual assault victim has a complaint about Michael Nanosky, where she gave the description of the incident and filed a case against him.
The woman, however, found herself sore and topless with a stomachache and a vague memory after she accepted a drink from Michael Nanosky.
The victim’s friends were the witness in the complaint and provided additional details from the night of the party.
On June 24, the woman reported a rape case to the police, and a bench warrant was issued. Following a week later, Nanosky was arrested by Palm Beach Sheriff’s deputies.
Nanosky was released on the same day after posting a $250,000 bond set by the judge. Meanwhile, the case is still being investigated by the prosecutor.
