Michael Dunlop Wins His 20th TT Tournament- How Rich Is Irish Racer With His Accumulated Net Value?

Michael Dunlop’s net worth has risen to roughly $10 million as a result of his 20th Isle Of Man TT victory. In yesterday’s debut Supersport race, he overcame Dean Harrison, reaching his sown uncle’s Joey Dunlop record.

Michael Dunlop celebrated his 20th TT triumph after defeating Dean Harrison in yesterday’s inaugural Supersport race. However, it was overshadowed by the terrible death of Co Down rider Davy Morgan.

An accident on the penultimate lap of the Mountain portion at the 27th Milestone killed the 52-year-old.

How Much Is Michael Dunlop’s Net Worth As He Wins TT 2022?

Micahel Dunlop’s net worth is reported to be $10 million following his 20th IOM TT victory. The winner of the race receives a total of 9,000 pounds for all four laps, according to Sportscriber. The Supersport TT Race 1 awards a total of £29,050 in prize money.

The event has four laps with prize money of £200, £300, £1,500, and £7,000 for each lap.

He won the 2022 Isle of Man TT’s first Supersport race ahead of Dean Harrison, marking his 20th career victory at the event. Only Dunlop’s renowned uncle Joey Dunlop and John McGuinness had reached the 20-win plateau before Monday’s Supersport event.

Despite a strong battle from former class winner Harrison, Dunlop won his first race of the week. Dunlop and Harrison fought it out for three laps, with only a few seconds separating them during the 113-mile race.

However, Dunlop’s new lap record on the penultimate lap was enough to shatter Harrison’s bid, and the Northern Ireland man won by 5.6 seconds.

“It was a steady race, a decent race, and there’s still life in the old dog,” Dunlop remarked. “I can’t thank the lads enough for their efforts. It’s been a difficult week, a difficult week, and I had to transfer my 600 mechanics to the big bike, and we’ve been looking after the 600 all week.”

“It’s nice to receive another one, and I love this location, so thanks to the guys, and it’s been a difficult year,” he added.

Dunlop also finished third in the first RST Superbike race, trailing only the dominant winner Peter Hickman and runner-up Dean Harrison.

Dunlop conceded that an uneven week of practice and qualifying had put him “on the back foot” for Saturday’s first Superbike race.

“We’ve really struggled all week,” he told the official Isle of Man TT broadcast.

“Obviously, we’ve been looking for a base that we haven’t found. We’ve tried everything physically possible, but nothing has worked.

“And I’m sure I can bike a little harder,” he added. He also established a new Supersport TT lap record of 129.475 MPH.
