Salenger was born as a natural artist. As a child, she often performed in front of her family and friends. Her mother supported her talent and enrolled her in acting classes when she was only 8 years old.

She quickly launched her acting career and soon became a child star making her feature film debut Annie. Besides acting, Salenger has also landed a number of television commercial gigs.

No information about Meredith Salenger’s relationship was known until June 2017, when she went public with her relationship with Patton Oswalt, after they appeared as a couple at the Baby Driver premiere.

Per People, A source close to the couple says they met through mutual friend Martha Plimpton. “They started chatting as friends and it went from there,” the source explained.

Oswalt popped the big question in July 2017 and Meredith said yes of course. Each took to social media to reveal the news to fans.
