Megan Thee Stallion has gone up for the first time on television regarding her claim that fellow rapper Tory Lanez shot her in the foot in July 2020.

After releasing a sneak peek on Sunday, CBS Mornings released the full interview with Megan Thee Stallion. The rapper sat for a broadcast interview for the first time regarding her alleged shooting at the hands of Canadian rapper Tory Lanez.

Megan claimed that the alleged event occurred after attending Kylie Jenner’s house party. The film of the two women allegedly recorded on that July 2020 day was included in the interview.

Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion’s gunshot inquiry is still ongoing, and fans are interested in what happened between the two performers. On July 12, 2020, a shooting was claimed to have occurred following a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s home.

Megan filmed an Instagram live a few days after the shooting event to tell the traumatic experience. She informed her followers that Tory had shot her. Megan recently spoke with Gayle King on CBS about the event, explaining that she was initially afraid to tell the cops Tory shot her. She stated that she did not want him or anybody else in their group killed by cops.

She initially claimed her foot had been hurt when she trod on glass. In 2020, police brutality was at an all-time high, so, understandably, Megan would be hesitant to inform cops that Tory had a gun.

Megan’s dread of being killed or witnessing the people she cared about being killed forced her to conceal the situation. Tory has adamantly rejected any claims that he shot Megan in the foot; despite Megan’s claims to the contrary, he was the one who murdered her.

Kelsey Harris is related to the shooting as he was with Megan; she told “CBS Mornings” co-host Gayle King that the incident occurred after she left a party with Lanez and another friend, Kelsey Harris, at Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood Hills house.

According to Megan, an altercation between persons in the rear seat continued to develop, and she tried to get out of the car because she was uncomfortable. After that, she heard a man scream.

She is unsure if the cops believed her glass story, especially after repeating it in the hospital. The artist knew the accurate tale would come out when a doctor told her she had bullet fragments in both feet, some of which are still in her body today. “I genuinely thought we were all pals,” she said, revealing that after her mother died in March 2019, she began yearning for “some form of family environment,” which led her to open up her inner circle to “so many individuals.”

Megan Jovon Ruth Pete shared a screenshot of a text message reportedly from Tory Lanez on Instagram and a scathing caption.

“You can’t purchase and tweet your way out of this one, not today,” Stallion wrote, reportedly reacting to Lanez.

“Lie yo way out of this…,” Stallion added after posting the texts.

What are you appealing for if you don’t follow through on your apology?”

“Good D*ck had me fucking two best friends….and I was caught,” Lanez subsequently said, without naming Stallion by name.

That’s what I was apologizing for. “However, it’s sick how you spun it…”
