As a freshman at Texas Tech University, he met his wife. They were both on the golf team. She now works as a nurse. Emma is a former golfer for the Horned Frogs.
On October 7, they welcomed their daughter Sage into the world. So, Sage is his daughter with his wife.
Further, Hayden has a special interest in reading, fitness, and fishing.

Sage had significant cardiac problems and was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, also known as Edward’s Syndrome, which is caused by an extra chromosome 18.
Doctors had given the Springers a dismal prognosis, estimating Sage’s life expectancy to be between 24 and 72 hours.
No doctors were taking risks for the operation of Sage but later Springer received a call from a doctor in Austin and they headed there with their child surgery.
Before returning to their Trophy Club home, the family spent about 70 days in the hospital learning how to care for Sage, who now has a tracheostomy and gastrostomy button (G-button).
In an interview, Hayden stated that ” it had been a long journey, but they are blessed to have her at home and in the meantime, she’s doing well and expanding her horizons.”
