Meet Darrell Bevell’s wife Tammy Bevell. Let’s take a look at the personal life of the new interim head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Following the firing of Urban Meyer by the Jacksonville Jaguars, Offensive Coordinator Darrell has been named Interim Head Coach.
After the Detroit Lions sacked head coach Matt Patrica, Bevell took over as interim head coach for the final five games of the 2020 season with the team. He was mentioned as a possible permanent coach candidate for the Lions, but nothing came of it.
On Feb. 11, 2021, the Jaguars hired Bevell as their offensive line coach. He is entering his 21st season as a head coach in the NFL, despite being new to the team.

From 2011 to 2017, he was the offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks, leading the club to five postseason berths, three NFC West titles, two NFC Conference crowns, and one Super Bowl triumph (XLVIII).
Before joining the Seahawks, Bevell was the offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings from 2006 to 2010. He was a key part of the team’s two playoff berths, two NFC North championships, and one trip in the NFC Championship game.
Despite his tremendous experience, he has failed to get the Jaguars’ offense going this season.
