Brody Malone’s parents, John and Tracy Malone, are not strangers to athletic competition. His father, John, also participated in rodeo competitions at Georgia Southern University, while his mother was a hunter & jumper.
A well-known gymnast Brody participated in the 2020 Summer Olympics on behalf of the United States. Recently, he won the horizontal bar gold medal at the 2022 World Championships. In addition to that, he was also a U.S. National Champion of 2021 and 2022.
Borody has won the NCAA National Championship ten times and took a bronze medal at the world horizontal bar competition in 2021.

Brody Malone recently achieved the record for high bar gold medal during the Gymnastic World event. His parents, John and Tracy Malone, are delighted by the news and are cheering for him.
Malone became the 2nd American to triumph on the high bar, the championship apparatus for men, after Kurt Thomas in 1979.
One year after winning bronze at the world championships & almost missing out on his first Olympic medal, Malone performed his best high bar routine ever & scored 14.800 points.
According to apnews, two-time U.S. champion Malone, 22, started the eight-man final with a score of 14.800. When he scored 14.700, Hashimoto’s attempt to add a third gold to the team & all-around titles he had already won earlier in the meet came up just short.

Brody Malone was a highly active youngster, so his folks John and Tracy enrolled him in gymnastics when he was three.
When Brody turned 12, his father urged him to pick one sport to focus on exclusively, leading to his choice in Gymnastics.

Brody’s father, John Malone, met Tracy, a celebrated hunter & jumper in her own right. Like him, Brody also participated in rodeo events, including team roping and jackpots, throughout middle school & high school. His love of rodeo seemed nearly inevitable, given his upbringing.
His hunter mother sadly left the world early, in 2012. Before she passed away, Tracy served as the editor and proprietor of the monthly team roping newspaper The Roping Pen.

Brody Malone was born into an athletic family.
After losing his mother to breast cancer before his 13th birthday Malone and his three siblings were raised by his father. Tracy donned bandanas as her hair fell out after a protracted struggle with the illness.
Later, Brody traveled to Tokyo with vivid recollections of his mother in 2020. Drawing inspiration from a paisley-patterned piece of clothing, he became the best male gymnast in America, in the Tokyo Olympics, as reported by Mercury News.
Brody wraps a pink bandana in his backpack to bring memories of his mother to gymnastics competitions. It’s the same material he wore during her four-and-a-half-year battle with breast cancer after his mother lost her hair following chemotherapy treatments.

Brody Malone has two brothers, Cooper and Tyler, and one sister, Briley in his family.
His brother Cooper plays the rodeo team at West Alabama. Additionally, he participated in team roping competitions in middle and high school.
Brody followed in his brother’s footsteps and started playing. He participated with his younger brother Cooper in team roping contests & jackpots throughout the South during middle school & high school. Although Brody could escape from competitive gymnastics with rodeo, there were some similarities between the two sports.
