Matthew was an actor from the United States who appeared in films such as Our Idiot Brother (2011), Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and most recently Chad: An American Boy (2016).

Despite his outstanding portfolio of work, the 19-year-old was most recognized for his portrayal as River in Our Idiot Brother, the son of Liz (Emily Mortimer) and Dylan (Steve Coogan).
River is a child in the film who his parents strongly influence and, as a result, is unable to express himself.
In 2016, the kid actor seemed to have taken a break from acting to focus on his schoolwork.

Matthew Mindler Cause Of Death Explained
Matthew Mindler’s cause of death has not yet been disclosed to the media.
With a post that read, “It is with a grieving heart that I let you know of the death of 19-year-old Matthew Mindler,” Millersville University’s President revealed the news of the actor’s death on Instagram.
The message goes on to say that a search has been ongoing since the former actor was reported missing on Thursday, August 27. Matthew was being sought by campus police as well as local law enforcement.
In the early hours of Saturday, the young actor was discovered dead (August 28).
Daniel A. Wubah, the university president, wrote in the post that students and the surrounding community should join together and support one another during this difficult time.
Prior to this, on August 26, the university’s Instagram account was updated with a post stating that Matthew had gone missing.
He had gone missing on Tuesday evening (August 24) and was not returning calls from his friends and family, it was revealed. The message also included Matthew’s most recent photo, which shows him walking out from his dorm.
As previously stated, the cause of death has yet to be revealed, and no foul play is suspected.
