After College, Liam worked at the Gleneagles Hotel, studying under Scottish chef Andrew Fairlie in Scotland.
Later, he worked as a senior chef de parties at two Michelin-starred Restaurants, Sat Bains In Nottingham. He left the restaurant after the filming of the show in November.
As per Liam one of the statements, he is thankful towards his former employer, who helped him with time and space in preparation for the competition.
Liam also took part in the World Young Chef Young Waiter competition and placed in the third position in the Cafe category.
