Maroon 5 is a sensational musical band known for hits like; She will be loved , This love and girls like you . They have 6 studio albums to their credit since then. The pop band was nominated for eleven Grammy Awards, of which they received three, including numerous other awards such as the American Music Awards, the People’s Choice Awards and the Billboard Awards to name a few.
Their albums have gone gold and silver platinum and their lead singer is Adam Levine. Over 20 years ago, Adam and his high school friends gathered in a garage into a group called Kara’s Flowers ; named after a girl they had a crush on in high school.
The band broke up after their first failed outings in 1998, much to everyone’s chagrin. However, after quality shows, they regrouped in 2000, changed their name to Maroon 5 and got their first breakthrough album inspired by Adam Levine’s breakup with his first love, Jane Herman.

He attended Five Towns College in LongIsland, New York with Adam Levine before both left school two years later, with their newfound musical inspiration. They returned to California where they met up with other former Kara Flowers crew members and compiled their songs.

Mickey Allen Madden is the bassist for the Maroon 5 Band and he was born on May 13, 1979 in Austin, Texas. Along with Adam Levine and Jesse Carmichael, he began playing musical instruments in high school.
Mickey after her failed first musical attemptwent to the University of California in Los Angeles. He is widely known as an advocate for vegetarians and animal welfare. He is 1.80m tall and has at least 3 known relationships with Zooey Deschanel, Hailey Gates and Niki Takesh.

James Valentine – lead guitarist
James Burgon Valentine is an exceptionally talented musician, composer, songwriter and instrumentalist; born October 5, 1978 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He became a Maroon 5 member in 2001 at the band’s invitation. He was previously a member of the group Square.
The all-rounder not only plays for Maroon 5, but for other bands like the JJAMZ band – an indie pop band. James attended Lincoln Southeast High School where he exhibited his championship in various instruments which earned him a number of top-class music scholarships from which he chose the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.

Matthew Flynn was born on May 23, 1970 in Amsterdam, Woodstock, New York. He’s the man who replaced seriously injured former Maroon 5 drummer Ryan Dusick in 2006. He is a drummer and record producer.

Samuel John Farrar was born on June 29, 1978 in Los Angeles, California. He toured with the Maroon 5 in 2012 and was officially made a full member in 2016.
He attended Buckley School and graduated from Pitzer College after graduating. Sam Farrar is a versatile instrumentalist who plays a variety of musical instruments. He has contributed to the band’s songs since the 1990s.
