As he had hit her directly in her head, there was a very less chance for her to survive and his parents took her to the nearby health center instead of calling emergency service. As it was sure that, she would lose her life, the whole family of Marlon fled the same night, and Montserrat was declared dead a few days later.
Currently, a video has been hovering on the internet where the alleged fugitive Marlon has asked the local police to leave his parents in detention as he would give the details relating to the incident only after they release his parents.
Is Marlon Botas Arrested?
No, it does not look like Marlon Botas is arrested yet, as he is a claimed fugitive who is still on the run.
Although his brother and his parents had fled Veracruz the same night the incident took place, his parents got arrested in November 2021 in Mexico city for covering the crime of their son and being the accessory to the crime.
