Jessica Sheppard is well recognized as the ex-wife of Mark Andreas Sheppard, an English actor, and singer who is well-known for having starred in a number of American TV shows. On May 30, 1964, he was born as the son of W. Morgan Sheppard and Regina Lisa Sheppard.
At the age of 15, Mark started his career as a working musician, playing drums for a number of bands, including Robyn Hitchcock, the Television Personalities, and the Irish band Light a Big Fire, with whom he also recorded an album.
In addition to being a musician, Sheppard is a brilliant actor who has won multiple awards for his stage performances. In 1992, he took part in Billy Hayes’ American production of the play Cock and Bull Story, for which he won awards from the LA Weekly, Dramalogue, and L.A. Drama Critics’ Circle.
His recurring roles as the defense lawyer Romo Lampkin on Battlestar Galactica, the Interpol investigator James Sterling on Leverage, and the minor criminal leader Badger on the Joss Whedon show Firefly are among Mark Sheppard’s most well-known television appearances.
In the television series Supernatural, he also played the demon Crowley, which contributed to the growth of his fan base.
