Mark Pilgrim Parents: Who are Mark Pilgrim’s parents?

Mark Pilgrim, a South African media figure who hosted a number of radio and television shows, most notably as a DJ on 5FM, 94.7 Highveld Stereo, 94.5 Kfm, Hot919, and Hot102.7fm, was active from 20 September 1969 to 5 March 2023.

In 1988, Pilgrim received a stage 3 testicular cancer diagnosis.

His lungs and kidneys were both affected by the aggressive type of the disease. He was deemed to be in remission following 9 months of chemotherapy.

Afterward, he served as an ambassador for CANSA (the South African Cancer Association) and a supporter of the Reach for a Dream Foundation.

He received a second cancer diagnosis in February 2022, this time for stage 4 lung cancer.

In his doctor’s office, on July 14, 2008, Pilgrim experienced a sudden and serious heart attack. Despite the fact that 10% of his heart’s functionality has been lost due to irreparable heart damage, prompt medical attention saved his life.
