A ten-month investigation undertaken by DCSO resulted in the arrest of three persons of interest.
Carrizo Springs resident Lauro Rios has been charged with 13 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1. Domingo Lumbreas Jr., of Carrizo Springs, has been charged with 12 counts of Manufacture.
Carrizo Springs resident Ricardo Villa Sepeda was charged with 5 counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1.
