Recently on June 6, 2021, he was taken into custody along with Lee Wyane for the shooting death of six-year-old Aiden Leos and is expected to be charged with murder.
Apparently, Aiden was fatally shot in the abdomen on May 21 while seated in the back seat of a car driven by his mother Joanna Cloonan, on State Route 55 in the city of Orange.

Lee Wayne is a 23 years old suspect in the shooting death of Aiden along with Marcus.
She is the daughter of Taiwanese immigrants and grew up in the San Gabriel Valley’s suburbs. She struggled with depression which led her to miss more than a quarter of her freshman year at Diamond Bar High School.
According to KTLA, she is the girlfriend of Marcus. Apparently, the couple was under surveillance of the law enforcement before their arrest outside their home in Costa Messa.
