“I got caught in a vicious trap of thinking my weight was a measure of how important I was, how attractive I was, how happy I was. Sadly, this kind of story is not unique to me but something so many others go through.” She shared her story hoping to help even just one person in their recovery.
“Please tell somebody if you are currently suffering from an eating disorder and seek help.” Her biggest regret is not opening up and realizing she had a problem sooner. “You are worth recovery, you are worth looking after, and you are worth so much more than how much you weigh.”
