Maasai Ostrich Park is 45km from Nairobi on the Athi River/ Kitengela Plains and 30 minutes from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Set in 200 acres of rolling grasslands, the farm has supplied Kenya and other countries with ostrich meat, feathers and skins since 1991.
The ostriches are trained and ridden and this attracts visitors from all parts of the world. The park is a popular tourist destination and a place where jockeys train for ostrich racing. Ostrich races are held at the farm on Sundays and occasionally at the Ngong Racecourse in Nairobi. The resort borders the Kitengela Game Conservation Area populated with buffalo, giraffe, black rhino and eland, among others.

Conference Facilities

With 4 conference rooms, Maasai Ostrich Resort has retained the leading market share in this business. The conference rooms can accommodate between 15 and 150 people and are ideal for seminars, workshops, weddings, conventions, social and cultural events.
The conference rooms are equipped with state of the art audiovisual equipment.

Team Building Facilities

The resort offers various facilities e.g. Trust falls, cycling, farm tour sack race swimming,high scales and slippery tug of war,football, Volleyball etc, and they are made available  for groups and companies engaged in team building activities.

Dine by the barbecue Mbuni choma Ranch, a spacious dining room or under tree shades by the poolside. Our specialty of char-grilled fillet, famous for its low cholesterol is a must bite while at this popular joint.

Wedding functions in the lush green manicured lawns have become so popular and more so, the traditional ostrich chariots – ride by the bride and groom after tying the knots.
