Lucy Liu, born Lucy Alexis Liu, is an American actress, Voice actress, Director, and artist. She became famous after playing the role of Ling Woo in the Tv series Ally McBeal from 1998 to 2002. This same performance earned her a nomination to the Primetime Emmy Award and a Screen actor’s guild award. Other films she played in are Charlie’s Angels, Kill Bill, Payback, Chicago and the animated film series Kung Fu Panda.
She then starred in Cashmere Mafia, Southland (Which won her the Critics Choice Award), Elementary (which won her the Seoul International Drama Award) nad voicing the character Silvermist in Tinker Bell.
