Louise Harrison is a British actress who was born Louise Anna Imogen Harrison in Bowdon, Cheshire. She studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Her most well-known roles include PC Donna Harris in the long-running ITV drama The Bill and Dawn Prescott in Coronation Street. She has also appeared on stage and in other TV dramas.
Her debut appearance was Suzanne in the television series A Very Peculiar Practice. She soon moved on to Coronation Street, where she portrayed Dawn Prescott in her first regular role. A few years later, she joined the cast of The Bill, where she played PC Donna Harris for five years. She has made stage appearances, including one at Manchester’s Royal Exchange Theatre, and numerous television dramas.
