What Happened To Angel Lynne?

Angel Lynn was taken off the street in Rothley, Leicestershire, in September 2020, when she was 19 years old, after a dispute with her then-boyfriend, Chay Bowskill. She was left paralyzed and unable to speak.

Ms. Lynn, from Loughborough, was thrown from the car as it was speeding down the A6 near Mountsorrel. She has significant head and brain damage and can’t move, communicate, or eat.

Chay Bowskill was found guilty of kidnapping, controlling and coercive behavior, and perverting the course of justice at Leicester Crown Court and sentenced to seven and a half years in jail.

Although the prosecutor claimed Angel got shoved out of the van, the jury found Bowskill not guilty of inflicting bodily damage.

Angel’s family is furious that Bowskill received just two years in prison for the kidnapping, although the crime carries a potential punishment of life in prison.
