Lori Vallow, who is accused of murder in the killing of her two kids, was handed the judicial murder by the state of Idaho on Monday. She was joyful while imprisoned and delighted in the public coverage of her case.
According to a court filing, if Vallow is found guilty of any of the first-degree murder or conspiracy to execute first-degree homicide charges brought against her, the state will seek a judicial sentence.
