Loose Women Singer Coleen Nolan has been open about her weight journey and the struggles she has to go through to stay fit.

Nolan’s former personal trainer Laurel Alper stated in 2018 that she appeared to have dropped from a size 20 to a size 14 while focusing on exercise, including walking 10,000 steps per day.

Coleen is now positively glowing, as evidenced by a recent Instagram post.

A netizen wrote: “Amazing. “You really look like a new woman,” while another added, “You look stunning!” “You look gorgeous, Coleen,” said a third.

The host’s decision to switch to veganism has helped her feel better than for the rest of her life.

The reason Nolan, 56, became vegan was because of the cancer diagnosis of her sisters.

Coleen’s condition was severe as she could hardly get off of the couch because her back and hips were hurting.
