Logan Paul’s Japan’s suicide forest controversy video brought all of his past relations with The Rock to an end.
Logan Paul is an American YouTuber who needs little to no introduction among the internet audience.
He started his career in video making back in 2015 when he entered the world of YouTube by making various vines and funny videos.
These videos were an instant hit among the people and the man gradually started growing in followers and popularity.
Although Paul is now involved in various other things such as business, podcasts, fights, and so on, there was a time when the man only focused on making videos.
His filmmaking ideas brought him immense success even to the point that Logan built a connection with The Rock who himself approached the young internet personality for his videos.
However, the bond that Logan and The Rock shared came to a drastic end following a controversial video that the YouTuber released back in 2017.
Here is everything you need to know about it.
Logan Paul Suicide Forest Japan Controversy: What Did He Do?
Logan Paul’s suicide forest controversy came in 2017 when the YouTuber visited Japan’s Aokigahara forest.
This jungle has a history of various suicide cases where many people come to the place to take their own lives every year.
Even to this date, this place is a well-known location in Japan where words flow about it somehow among the people.
So, Paul also decided to visit the forest with his friends and filmed it for the video.
Even though they went solely with the purpose of exploring the haunted experience surrounding them, Logan and his friends came up against a tragic situation.
As they were walking through the woodland, they saw a man hanging on a tree who had just taken his life.
The visiting people were shocked to see that and also gave a short message about taking depression and mental peace seriously.
But it was what happened after that that riled the fans and the internet community.
Paul and his friends started making jokes about that situation and occasionally burst out laughing.
The audience didn’t like that and criticized the internet personality heavily in the media.
Logan Paul Beef Up With The Rock Explored
The Rock asked Logan Paul to delete all their previous videos and photos on the media after the YouTuber’s suicide forest controversy video.
In a recent talk down with the fellow YouTuber True Geordie, Paul opened up about the consequences that he faced from that particular video.
While explaining the backlash from people, he explained the situation with the Rock as the most saddening.
As he was going through the hate comments and criticism, an assistant who teamed up with Dwayne Johnson called Paul.
On the phone, she informed the internet personality to remove all the photos and videos that Dwayne and Logan had filmed previously from the internet as per the actor’s request.
Alongside that, the American actor also mentioned not working with Paul anytime soon but hinted that a future reunion was a chance.
In the sit-down, Logan opened up that The Rock recently messaged him after a funny video but the YouTuber didn’t reply as he still remembers the past experience.
