Liza Koshy has two elder sisters Rachel and Olivia with whom she has a wonderful relationship. Liza is rather modest about her personal life.
However, it’s apparent that Liza adores her family members, and because they are such an important part of her life, she’s surely addressed them a few times. She mentioned her sisters briefly in a video she made for Wired in 2018.
She revealed that her mom gave birth to three daughters of mixed ethnicity. However, her mom herself is an American. She named Liza, Olivia, and her other sister Rahel, which is an Indian name. Liza also disclosed that she is the family’s youngest member.
Furthermore, she added that because she is the youngest, her parents tried until they got the best and had to give up.
Liza has always kept her personal life quite quiet. “I don’t put my family out there too much, largely because it is an infringement of their privacy,” she stated in a 2014 interview (back in the Vine days!).

Elizabeth Shaila Koshy was born on March 31, 1996, in Houston, Texas, to Jean Carol (née Hertzler), an American yoga instructor of German ancestry, and Jose Koshy, an Indian Malayali petroleum executive from Kerala.
Although her sisters, Olivia and Rahel don’t feature in many of Liza’s social media postings, she is more open about her connection with her parents. Liza revealed that her father (Jose) worked in the petroleum industry, while her mother (Jean) is a yoga instructor.
Furthermore, her mother is Caucasian (of German heritage), while her father is Indian, as she stated in the Wired video. Her parents, Jose and Jean have been married for almost 30 years, and Liza thinks they are the couple goals. Well, they are, without a doubt, adorable!
Although Liza is not presently seeing anybody, it’s comforting to know that she has some of the finest role models for discovering genuine love. She doesn’t need a partner to be successful; she has millions of YouTube subscribers and some great hosting and acting opportunities under her credit.

Liza’s grandpa, John, was of Swiss-German and German heritage, with origins in Rhineland-Palatinate and Baden-Württemberg in Germany, Bern and Zürich in Switzerland, and Northumberland in England.
Liza’s great-grandfather was Asa, the son of Joseph Kanagy Hertzler and Nancy J. Miller. John M. Shenk and Frances Annie ‘Fannie’ Good were Rebecca’s parents.
Her maternal grandmother was Rebecca Evans Henkels (the daughter of George Jacob Henkels and Johanna Hammer). George was reared by John S. Henkels and Mary E. Knight. Johanna was born to German parents in Pennsylvania.
