According to TMZ, the reality actress was riding her six-year-old horse on Sunday at The Paddock in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles when her horse became frightened by something, reared up, and bucked her off.
Vanderpump was thrown over the horse’s head and landed directly on her back, according to an eyewitness who spoke to the site.
The restaurateur shattered her leg in two places just above the ankle and immediately felt a lot of agonies.
She also had bruises across her back. She was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, closely followed by her husband Ken Todd.
According to reports, she will need surgery for the breaks, but once she recovers, a source stated she should be completely well.
