The Apprentice regular and close friend of Lord Sugar, Linda Plant, is renowned for interrogating contestants harshly during the interview round. She is notorious for being brutally honest in her assessment of their company proposals, which has occasionally led to emotional breakdowns in the candidates.
Despite the fact that it is unknown if Linda will return to the show in 2022, she is renowned as the “Queen of Mean” for her no-holds-barred approach.
Outside of her role on The Apprentice, Linda is a private person, and nothing is known about her personal life. At the young age of 17, she got married, but nobody knows who her spouse is.
Linda helped her mother sell stockings at their Leeds Sunday market booth when she was ten years old. She has spoken about the financial struggles her family went through as she was growing up.
Yet when she stopped going to school at the age of 15 to work full-time at the family market stall, the business took off.
In 2023, she will be close to 71 years old. By the time she was 21, she had already given birth to her first two kids. She also went on to have a third child and three grandkids.
