Linda Darlene Kasabian (June 21, 1949 – January 21, 2023) was a member of the Manson Family. Even though she was present at both the Tate and LaBianca murders, because she was the key witness in District Attorney Vincent Bugliosi’s prosecution of Charles Manson and his followers for the 1969 killings, Kasabian received immunity.
What was the testimony of Linda Kasabian?
She said when she stabbed, that there were bones in the way, and she couldn’t get the knife through all the way and that it took too much energy and it hurt her hand.”
Kasabian agreed to testify about her involvement in the Tate and Labianca murders. This was after Susan Atkins recanted her entire Grand Jury Testimony. Vincent Bugliosi claimed he had no objection to providing an immunity deal for Kasabian since Kasabian allegedly played a smaller role in the murders than Atkins.
After the trials, Linda escaped the public eye by going back to New Hampshire. She was last reported to be living with Tanya in Washington State. A car accident left Linda mildly disabled, and unable to work.
