In the Russian-American world, Lex Fridman is a lecturer and social media personality. He is now employed as a research scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His bio-reading profile is “Research in human-centered AI and deep learning in the context of autonomous vehicles and personal robotics at MIT and beyond.” I am primarily interested in understanding human behavior in the sense of human-robot cooperation, and engineering learning-based methods that enrich collaboration. I received my BS, MS, and PhD from Drexel University, where I focused on artificial intelligence implementations, computer vision, and judgment fusion approaches in a number of fields, including robotics and human sensing. Prior to joining MIT, I focused on machine learning for large-scale behavior-based verification at Google. He also runs a YouTube page of his own, where he has a big fan under his channel. He uploads videos on deep learning, Artificial Intelligence Podcasts, Science, Self-Driving Cars, etc.
