Kevin Paffrath was born in Germany, but when he was 13 months old, his family emigrated to Florida.
Paffrath committed his high school years to volunteer for his neighborhood police forces in Florida and California, according to a biography posted on his official website.
Paffrath, then 17 years old, arrived in California with $1,000.
After a brief stint in the restaurant business, he moved on to become a homeowner and real estate broker.
He started a YouTube channel in 2018, and it now has more than 1.6 million subscribers.

On a high school trip to Paris, Paffrath met Lauren, the woman who would become his wife.
Paffrath relocated to California the summer before his senior year of high school to live with Lauren and her family while completing his studies at Buena High School.
After meeting Lauren’s parents, who were both employed in the industry, Paffrath developed an interest in real estate.
His was acquired during his first year of college when he began his studies to become a realtor.
According to CNBC, Lauren, who started managing properties when she was 18 years old, is currently employed by the couple’s real estate company, The Paffrath Organization.
Lauren has expanded her role as a property manager to include full-time childcare for the couple’s two young sons, Jack, 5, and Max, 2.
