The story of Latarian Milton is quite sad and unfortunate that evolved before our eyes and yet nothing concrete seemed to have been done about it. He became famous at the age of 7, not for laudable reasons, but for reasons that cost his grandmother dearly and who could have gotten away with it, using her own words, she would have whipped. Several years later, Latarian once again found himself under the wrong side of the law.
Although Latarian Milton may have escaped the first time around with a warning from the police and probably no spanking from his grandmother, this time around he may have to serve jail time knowing that he intentionally committed a crime.
