Giles was enjoying her time with her friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola and another friend who went home early. The unidentified friend has stated that Giles and Marcela had met some men at party in downtown L.A and ended up in West L.A apartment building.
Marcela, who was left at another hospital two hours later, is fighting for her life now.
