Senzo Brikka Vilakazi (born 11 August 1988) known professionally as Kwesta, is a South African rapper and songwriter.

He was born in Katlehong, Gauteng, a township also known as “K1”. He is currently signed to his own Independent and media company known as Rap Lyf with co-founder Kid X. His third studio album DaKAR II was released on 26 February 2016.

Early life

Kwesta attended Phumulani Secondary School in Katlehong for three years, and later Alafang High School.

He developed an interest in poetry during his high school years and received positive feedback and encouragement from fellow students and teachers.

In 2003, Kwesta, then known as Quest, and some friends, formed a group called “Ghetto Fellaz”, which became known as “The Juvenylz” with an additional member. Kwesta dropped out of high school at age 16 to pursue his music career full-time. He recorded his first demo in his home studio. This demo caught the attention of Africa’s Most Southern Record Company (AMS), which eventually allowed him to use their recording facilities.

Kwesta, still a teenager, convinced his mother to give him taxi fare necessary to get to Buttabing Entertainment’s offices. This meeting resulted in him being added to Buttabing Entertainment’s roster, co-owned by founding members Shugasmakx and Slikour.

Special Rekwest

Kwesta’s debut studio album Special Rekwest was released in September 2010. The first single was “Stomp”. Other singles included “Flash It,” “Babhemi,” “Flava” and “Pump It”. Kwesta was then 22 years old.

DaKAR

Kwesta’s second studio album DaKAR (Da King of Afrikan Rap) was released digitally on 25 November 2013. It debuted at number 3 on the South African iTunes Hip-hop / Rap Chart. The album was well received by fans and music industry insiders.

DaKAR II

Kwesta’s third studio album DaKAR II, a double-disc album, was released on 26 February 2016 and was preceded by three major singles, “Nomayini” and “Ngud'”. The latter features guest vocals from fellow South African rapper Cassper Nyovest. Ngud was released as a radio-edit on 23 November 2015, and the music video dropped in early 2016. In 2017, he released “Ngiyaz’fela Ngawe” with Thabsie . The video currently has 6 million views on YouTube.

Robert Iler’s net worth, biography, fact, career, awards and life story

Robert Iler New Worth and Salary: Robert Iler is an American actor who has a net worth of $10 million. Robert Iler was born March 2, 1985 in New York City, New York. He is most widely known for his portrayal of A.J. Soprano on The Sopranos (1999-2007). At the age of six, he landed his first commercial spot for the Pizza Hut. The Sopranos pilot was actually filmed in 1997, nearly two years before the full first season finally debuted on HBO. As Anthony Jr., he played the often unmotivated, sometimes trouble-making son of mob boss Tony Soprano, played by James Gandolfini. For his work, Robert won the Hollywood Reporter Young Star Award for Best Young Actor/Performance in a Drama Television Series twice—in 1999 and 2000. Also in 2000, he won a Screen Actors Guild Award, along with the rest of the cast, for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. After the series’ third season aired, in July 2001, Iler ran into some trouble with the law. According to newspaper reports, he and three friends allegedly robbed two teenage boys in New York City. Iler was arrested and charged with robbery and drug possession. While he claimed not to be involved in the robbery, Iler later pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor larceny charge and received three years’ probation. Despite this, Iler continued to excel in the role of Anthony Jr. and audiences watched his character grow up and evolve over the show’s six seasons. In the show’s final season, viewers saw a slimmer, healthier Iler, who had dropped a significant amount of weight via diet and exercise. Iler’s other on-screen credits include roles in the films Tadpole (2002) and Daredevil (2003) with Ben Affleck, and guest appearances on the TV series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Dead Zone. Robert Iler Sopranos Salary: Robert and his child co-star Jamie-Lynn Sigler earned a paltry $10,000 per episode for the first season of The Sopranos. In the middle of the show’s run, they each earned $85,000 per episode. In the two final seasons of the show, Jamie and Robert both earned $150,000 per episode. That works out to around $3.15 million in earnings across those final 21 episodes.
