Kingston Farm is a small farm outside of Bathurst in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.
We breed and bring on Appaloosas, have a very small but exceedingly good restaurant and provide bed and breakfast accommodation for visitors to this part of the world.
The restaurant first opened on April 15th 2007 and has been included in Eat Out magazine’s Top 500 restaurants for 2017, 2016 and 2015.
Shortly thereafter, it was transferred to Philip Tarr and was originally named Tarr Farm.
This gentleman’s son, married a Miss Kingston from Kimberly and changed the farm’s name in her honour.
