On 30 September 2017, Kevin Guthrie sexually assaulted an unnamed woman.
As per BBC, the woman was set to meet with actor Scott Reid in a bar.
However, before that, Reid got a call from a taxi driver that she was ill. Her drink was spiked somewhere.
Guthrie was with Scott, so he helped in bringing the woman to his apartment.
After that, Reid went out to call the National Health Service and left Kevin in the room to take care of her.
But rather than taking care, Guthrie lifted her top and held down her bra.
He also allegedly kissed her in the mouth and performed sexual acts.
In 2017, the woman filed a case against Kevin. However, he denied all the charges.
But on 14 May, he is found guilty as his DNA was found on the woman’s underwear.
Guthrie is sentenced to 3 years of prison for such a heinous crime. Also, he has been listed as a sex offender.
