Orient XtenseIt is an Extended Motor Warranty cover that protects your vehicle in the event of unexpected mechanical or electrical failure after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. Orient Xtense is available provided that the vehicle:
♦ It is used only for social, domestic and pleasure purposes and in connection with the insured’s business or profession.
♦ Be less than 12 years old
♦ Has traveled less than 200,000 kilometers
♦ Be used for social and domestic purposes only.
♦ Undergo a comprehensive vehicle inspection (vehicle inspection fee will be paid by the insured at the authorized inspection center)
♦ Has not been altered or modified from the time it left the manufacturer unless recommended
♦ Is not operated as a taxi, private hire or PSV (for hire or reward) or used for racing or rallying
Orient Xtense covers for: They have three available plans: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. The list of all the part components covered and the maximum limit reimbursement you can expect in each case is described in the policy schedule.

Orient Home insurance is designed to cover your house, contents as well as your domestic workers. The ambulance service from Emergency Plus (E-PLUS) provides you with a 24hr rescue cover within Kenya. Emergency Plus (E-PLUS) is a service of The Kenya Red Cross Society.
Orient Personal Accident cover
It is an Extended Motor Warranty cover that protects your vehicle in the event of unexpected mechanical or electrical failure after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

How to ensure your mobile phone

♦ Copy of the Driver’s Driving License
♦ Contact details and Vehicle Registration number of the Third party ( if applicable)

♦ Police Abstract Report
♦ Copy of the Drivers Driving License
Windscreen/Window Glass Claim
♦ Photos of the damaged windscreen capturing the vehicles registration number
♦ Photos of the windscreen before & after repair and original ETR receipt if it’s a reimbursement ( refund)
♦ Radio Cassette/CD Player Claim
♦ Original replacement receipt/Proforma Invoice ( on reimbursement/refund basis only)
