Being the oldest and largest dairy processor in East and Central Africa, New KCC ‘s core business has been the procurement of high-quality raw milk which is then processed, packaged and marketed as milk and milk products. New KCC’s is proud of its range of quality dairy products, which include fresh milk, butter, cheese, flavored & unflavoured long-life milk, fermented milk, and milk powder.
The company has received ISO certifications in ISO 22000:2005 for Food Safety Management Systems and ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems. All our products have been accorded with the Kenya Bureau of Standards’ Diamond Mark of Quality and are Halal Certified. As the largest dairy processor in East and Central Africa, New KCC ‘s core business is to procure high-quality raw milk from farmers, which is then processed, packaged and marketed as milk and milk products. In its continuous efforts and commitment to supporting dairy farmers in achieving a sustainable dairy milk production, the Company has invested heavily in setting up a comprehensive milk procurement infrastructure to facilitate easy and affordable access to a wide array of extension services and service providers closer to the farmer along the dairy value chain to ensure the Company is consistently receiving milk that is high in quality as well as quantity.
♦ Access to a wide network of milk collection centers in twenty-two (22) milk cooling plants & processing factories as well as over thirty (30) satellite milk coolers, with plans already underway to increase this number in milk-producing areas where new milk collection centers have already been identified across the country.
♦ Access to New KCC’s Extension Services Team comprising field service offices, committees, coordinators, agents, and plant managers spread out in our various milk collection centers.
♦ Access to farmer training through field days, forums, exchange programs, and visits both local and international as well as group training.
