Kentucky: What Happened To The Turtleman? Accident Linked To His Cause Of Death

The death of Turtleman and the accident has caused a ruckus on the internet. Call of the Wildman was an Animal Planet series that resembled a cross between The Crocodile Hunter and Billy the Exterminator.

Call of the Wildman was a television show that aired for four seasons before inexplicably vanishing from the airways. It was named after Ernie “The Turtleman” Brown, Jr.’s distinctive shriek.

The show follows a largely toothless, bowie knife-wielding Turtleman as he answered calls from folks who needed help eradicating unwelcome and sometimes dangerous bugs in his native state of Kentucky.

His innovative manner of grabbing hazardous wildlife with his bare hands rapidly gained a devoted following, but the program was unexpectedly cancelled after the fourth season.

What Happened To The Turtleman: His Death & Accident

It is said that the Turtleman reportedly died from a heart attack. Turtleman experienced a myocardial infarction [or heart attack] according to the legal medical practitioner who evaluated him for the police.

He seemed to have passed away peacefully while sleeping.

Call of the Wildman was not renewed for a fifth season, despite being one of Animal Planet’s most popular shows.

According to sources, a variety of animals, including zebras, raccoons, and coyotes, were abused and neglected during the production of the reality program, which chronicles the antics of the Turtleman.

Fans were so outraged by the findings that they began petitions to have the show cancelled. In addition, federal and state investigations have been begun.

Finally, in 2015, Animal Planet stated that the show will be cancelled due to “a lack of appeal among viewers.”

The Turtleman of Kentucky, believe it or not, had a wife and children. He was married to Debbie, his ex-wife, and they had two daughters, Courtney and Megan, together.

Courtney has type 1 diabetes, and Megan’s face is mostly paralyzed, preventing her from smiling.

Turtleman Net Worth: Was He Rich?

Turtle Man’s net worth is $1 million dollars. Turtle Man is a television personality and animal enthusiast.

Turtle Man, also known as Ernie Brown, Jr., was born in Washington County, Kentucky, and is the subject of the Animal Planet series “Call of the Wildman.”

When he was still in elementary school, he began capturing snapping turtles with his father and uncle.

The Turtleman could save everything from poisonous snakes to rabies-infected raccoons to massive land animals like zebras.

The toothless and easygoing guy exposed audiences to dozens (if not hundreds) of animal rescues in his hometown of Kentucky over the course of the reality show’s four seasons.

Each episode had its own surprise and excitement, which added to the show’s overall appeal.

Unfortunately, the show was cancelled after season four. As a result, the Turtleman vanished from our television screens.
