She later managed to moved the store from her spare bedroom to a store based in Austin. In Austin, she used to sell to local boutiques and the accessories. Scott had to sell all of her samples at the last boutique to purchase enough materials to cover the orders she had made that first day.

Due to her successful work, her designs became the best choice to accessorize ‘Oscar de la Renta’s Spring 2006 Runway Show’ in 2005. In addition, her designs appeared in Randolph Duke’s runway show in 2007. Her first retail store opened in Austin in 2010. In the same year, Scott started her e-commerce business and launched the brand’s Color Bar experience.

Now valued at over $1 billion, Scott’s brand encompasses fashion jewelry, fine jewelry, home accessories and nail lacquer. As of the end of 2017, she has 75 retail stores.
