When debating what went wrong with their union, Kelsey Grammer has some stuff to tell concerning his ex-wife, Camille Grammer. “In Depth”In Depth”this is not for me.”this is not for me.
“My previous marriage, honestly, I don’t really talk about her [Camille] very much because so much of her life is spent talking about me,” he candidly expressed, adding that he considered her antics to be “sort of pathetic.”
About the time he knew his marriage to Camille would not last long, the “Cheers” alum then opened up. “A month after I had my heart attack, my mother died,” the actor recalled. “Now it’s 12 years ago. My mother’s funeral day, my past, my third wife essentially had an outburst of everything and proceeded to tell me, ‘I’m tired of here,’ ‘I’m out of here,’ again, ‘I want a divorce,’ which we’d had eight years of the same discussion, because it was tiresome,’ he stated.
“I realized at that moment that I was done with her… that I was not going to end up in this relationship for much longer and somewhere under a year, I was done.”I realized that I was done with her… that I wasn’t going to end up in this relationship for much longer, and I was done somewhere in less than a year.
It was not the first time he had found himself in an abusive partnership, though. For the first three relationships, Kelsey, who has been married four times, said that he would always find himself drawn to individuals who were not performing well. He reported to have endured physical and emotional violence at the hands of his second wife, Leigh-Anne Csuhany, which, after a year of marriage, was annulled in 1993.
In spite of their 26-year age difference, Kelsey is now married to 38-year-old Kayte Walsh, whom he said is “really well matched” He gushed, “We are two individuals who have become a third identity…which is us together,”
