During her tenure in Oregon, Kelly took on special investigations into the increase of gangs in the Willamette Valley, a mosque firebombing connected to the thwarted Christmas tree bombing in Portland, as well as an epidemic of Traumatic Brain Injuries between Oregon National Guard service members.
