Farhaan Khan (born September 26, 1984), known professionally as Kazz aka Mr Boomslang or simply Kazz, is a Zimbabwean UK-based Afropop and RnB artist.

Background

Kazz was born September 26, 1984, in Blantyre, Malawi. His family then moved to Masvingo, Zimbabwe where he grew up.

Kazz grew up in a musical environment with his father Sidik Khan being one of the first to appear live on ZBC TV with his band. Kazz and his brother Bkay started off singing at parties then opened up their own music production studio called Prizm Inc. studios where they recorded some of their earliest songs like “Ndikati Hello”, “Come Together” and “My Brother My Sister”.

In 2007, Bkay & Kazz won the “Live & Unsigned Competition”, after that they went on tour and released several albums. Since going solo, he has collaborate with several international artists which include Rozalla Miller, JJC Skillz, MC Bushkin and many more.

He has had some of his songs topping charts at number one on Zambezi Magic channel on DSTV and these are Shes Worth It (February 2016), Thinking Of You (June 2016) and Tonight (August 2016).
