In 1968, an Australian toddler went missing for almost 3 days. It was found out that she was abducted by a man who had cut her hair after kidnapping her.
However, there’s very little she remembers. “I can only remember a dog in a room.” She says. “Someone coming in, opening this door and saying ‘go to sleep’ and there was a dog under the bed,” Wrethman added.
Fortunately, a group of schoolboys found and rescued her. One of those boys was Mark Byrne who appears in the BBC podcast as well.
No arrests have been made until now as no one knows anything about the kidnapper. Police believe it to be an unknown man.
