Kamil Szymczak is arrested for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old in Fermoy.
A man has been accused of exploiting a minor by pulling off her clothes from the back. The case, however, is ongoing and the conclusion is yet to surface on the internet. There are discussions going on a large scale and people are putting out their thoughts quite openly.
Kamil’s lawyer is trying everything to reduce his charges or to prove him innocent in court. This turned out quite ugly as the judge churned his stomach exploding on how did the case not disturb anyone.
Felony: Kamil Szymczak Arrested Over Assault Charges
On 8th February 2022, Kamil Szymczak apparently assaulted a 16-year old girl in Chapel Hill in Fermoy at 1.20 pm. When the man was accused he said nothing and went along with what was directed towards him.
He reportedly tried to force the little girl into taking off her undergarments. This is a very serious case according to Judge Gabbett and the case certainly made him sick to the core.
Kamil’s solicitor, Ciaran O’Keeffe tried to turn the case into a mental illness angle. He said that his client was working out on himself for his drug and alcohol issues with the help of a psychiatrist. Further, the lawyer stated that it would be stupid to charge a person who was in trouble himself.
This did not quite stay well with the detective as he said he would better not comment on it. Similarly, Judge Garbett questioned how could he get away with that kind of an excuse.
What Happened To Kamil Szymczak?
Kamil Szymczak, age 34, is all set to be convicted of the pedophile charges, however, the court has been adjourned till next Monday. hence, we will have to wait for the charges he will get along with the sentence.
Even though his lawyer talked about his drug and alcohol issues, the court is yet to make a statement on this. Therefore, everything about his involvement with a psychiatrist has not been confirmed.
Judge Garbett provided Kamil free legal aid and it is not sure why it had to be done. He did not speak a word when he was charged so the case is almost clear but the final sentencing is scheduled for next week.

Kamil Szymczak seems to belong to a Polish family as there was a translator translating in the court for him in the language. Apart from the nationality, not much is known about his partner or loved ones.
