Julio Jones House
There were numerous media outlets that reported in 2018 about Jones doing some real estate shopping in Atlanta, Georgia. In that time, he purchased not one but three different homes within a week.
Julio’s first purchase house was a completely renovated four-bedroom ranch-style home in an Atlanta suburb worth $532,500.
After 24 hours later, the athlete grabs another renovated home at Atlanta’s Briarmoor Manor for $555,000. Both of these properties are purchased by Jones and is believed he bought for relatives and not actually for himself.
He had promised his mother; he would buy a house and car if he made it to the NFL. This was in exchange for her allowing him to play football first; she is glad to agree to those terms.
In addition, Jones’s current house is a $2.3 million two-story penthouse atop the swanky Atlanta W Building. The unit is the largest in the entire building, boasting 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathrooms, and 4,154 square feet of pure luxury living space.
Likewise, in April 2013, he dropped $1.25 million on a mansion outside Atlanta. But, he didn’t seem to impress by the custom details, so in July 2015, he listed the home for $1.75 million and sold the mansion later in 2 months for $1.5 million.
