Josh Franceschi (Joshua James Alphonse Franceschi) is an English singer and songwriter. He serves as the lead vocalist for the rock band, You Me at Six. Besides vocals, he also plays the piano and guitar. Over the years, Josh has produced several songs in the genres Alternative rock, pop-rock, pop-punk, and post-hardcore.
Josh was born in the Elmbridge district of Surrey. At first, they lived in Cyprus, then they moved to Twickenham where he started living with his grandmother. When he was 9, he returned to Weybridge. He then joined the Heathside School in Brooklands Lane. At age 16, he moved onto Esher College and studied A-level politics, history, and film studies.
Josh is one of the founding members of ‘You Me At Six,’ and thus, he has been a member of the band since 2004. One of his most notable appearances was in their 2011 hit album ‘Sinners Never Sleep’.
