In December 1966, janitor Joseph Morse was condemned to 888 years in prison. He was a convicted murderer and rapist.
Every state in the United States has jailed convicts for more than 40 years, with just a few exceptions. Many of these examples include inmates who have had their death sentences reduced.
Because survival rates have increased significantly over the previous century, incarceration has generally improved, and reportedly there are currently roughly 160,000 people in the United States serving life sentences.
Since almost one-third of people serving life sentences are enduring terms that do not allow them to be released, it appears that all of these statistics will be surpassed at some point.

What Was Joseph Dyre Morse Arrested For?
Joseph Dyre, a janitor, was sentenced to jail for the rape and murder of a coed at Colorado University. He was arrested in December 1966, as previously stated.
When he was arrested, he would have been between the ages of 30 and 40. The following figure, on the other hand, is definitely a guess based on the photographs.
So we arrested the guy who owned the sex island and we arrested the woman who brought the children to the sex island…but we haven’t arrested the clients who paid to rape the children on the sex island.
Seems legit.
