Joseph Benjamin is a Nigerian actor, model, singer, voice-over artist, film producer, and television presenter. Also, he is a multi-award winner and has starred in numerous movies. Generally, he is known for co-hosting the reality show, MTN’s Project Fame.
Benjamin began his professional career in the 90s and till date, has remained ever green in the entertainment industry both locally and internationally.

Joseph Benjamin was born on November 9, 1976 in Lagos state. He hails from Kogi state. After the completion of his primary and secondary school education in Benue and Lagos State respectively, he attended UNN. At University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), he bagged a Diploma in Computer Literacy.

Joseph made a screen debut at the age of 12 in the ultimate kiddies show, Tales by Moonlight. Beginning from the 80s, the show aired every Sunday on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA). In 1995, he debuted in a movie, Crossroads alongside Ramsey Nouah, Sandra Achums, e.t.c. Since then, he has continued to feature in award winning movies and has never failed in delivering his roles perfectly.
In the movie industry, Benjamin is one of the most sought-after male lead actors. He successfully starred in Rebecca (2016), Isoken (2017), Affairs of the Heart (2017), Stripped (2013), Tango With Me (2010), Mr & Mrs. (2012), Murder at Prime Suites (2013). He has starred in over 40 films.
Additionally, he has worked with A-list actors like Genevieve Nnaji, Monalisa Chinda, Joke Silva, Funke Akindele, Desmond Elliot, Chioma Chukwuka, Ini Edo e.t.c
In 2009, he began co-hosting MTN’s Project Fame, West Africa. MTN Project Fame is a reality and talent competition show created with the aim of discovering youths with raw musical talents. Co-hosting the show brought Joseph to limelight. He co-hosted six seasons with Adora Oleh and the seventh season with Bolanle Olukanni.
