Jonathan Banks is an American actor. His birth name is Jonathan Ray Banks. He is famous for his roles in the films Airplane!, 48 Hrs., and Beverly Hills Cop. He has received criticism for his roles as a former police officer turned hitman Mike Ehrmantraut in the television series Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul. He has also received five Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
