The 1.73 m snooker player reduced his food, cutting out the booze but increasing his exercise. He even got addicted to the exercise, waking up in the morning.

He won a marathon five-hour battle against Yan Bingtao by a 6-5 scoreline and, reach the final of the Cazoo Champion of Champions in Bolton held on November 2021.
