His father, Robert, is a Canadian Football League coach and player. Jevon made his CFL debut in 1990 with the B.C. Lions. He later had an “All-World” season with the Birmingham Fire in the World League of Football & spent a few years with the San Francisco 49ers.

Before moving back to British Columbia, he returned to the CFL in 1993 & won the Grey Cup. Similarly, he was nominated for an all-star team in 1994.

Jevon’s father expanded his Holland Fitness & Performance company, which he had already established, by joining the Lions as a strength and conditioning coach. He is credited with developing the targeted training and youth seven-a-side leagues in British Columbia. He also worked with elite athletes across all sports, including CFL players.

He left all his equipment to other trainers who would take up the responsibilities when he moved from Vancouver to Pleasanton in 2008, including former CFL players. But Robert, the first “Hollywood” before his son adopted the moniker, established himself in British Columbia during his first year.

Jevon relocated to Pleasanton, California & resided there. He attended Oakland, California’s Bishop O’Dowd High School. In high school, a player was a wide receiver and defensive back.

Additionally, the NFL player recorded 35 catches for 1,012 yards & 12 touchdowns as a receiver as a senior, in addition to 34 tackles & five interceptions on defense. In the 2018 Polynesian Bowl, Holland participated. He agreed to play collegiate football at the University of Oregon.

Jada Holland is a basketball player who plays at UC. Riverside, in California. She received recognition from Grand Canyon University as the WAC Freshman & “Newcomer of the Year,” as well as first-team all-conference & academic all-American honors.
